Allen Dulles was the first civilian Director of Central Intelligrence, headed the CIA during the Cold War, and served on the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of JFK. He has collected spy stories from Herodotus to the 1960's, with the intention (stated in his Foreword) "to present a comprehensive view of the business of clandestine intelligence as it has been practiced during the present historical era." A very good copy, with no ownership marks, in black cloth with a few light marks to the back and a quite sunned spine. No jacket.
