This book is an excellent record of the conditions experienced by those rugged individuals who first ventured into and settled this mountainous, but beautiful, lakeland. Arrowtown's Lakes District Museum revived the book in 1964, with this reprint following in 1969. 60 pages, contemporary map to front cover. All-round NF, no inscriptions.
