A bevy of histo…rical info as most list the props., info, and in some cases rates for services. Light dampstain along rear binding edge, 2 pages had pcs clipped out, perhaps a photo? A photo of 'The Hermit of the White Mountains' 'Jack' is laid-in. All else very good. Scarce.
