A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper, that is free from fading, loss or tears. Not price-clipped ($100 to the rear flap). Issued in a limited edition of 350 copies of which this example is numbered 189. Signed by all 10 contributing authors, including Dave McKean (who also edited and illustrated the book) and the editor William Schafer, in black and brown ink on the limitation pages.
