A. de Lamartine". En édition originale également, la rare plaquette d'Edouard Delprat consacré au capitaine bordelais, corsaire et négrier Pierre Desse (1760-1839) et à son sauvetage du navire Le Colombus (un important tableau du Musée des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux immortalise la scène). Ce sauvetage dans lequel il sacrifia sa cargaison pour sauver les malheureux en perdition lui valut honneur et gloire, mais lui coûta sa fortune. On y trouvera également un édition ancienne de la préface au journal révolutionnaire le "Courrier Français", et une édition du récit des Massacres de Septembre par le Bordelais Jourgniac de Saint-Méard.
