Grey cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine. Top edge sprayed red. 12mo. Some minor indentations on edges of boards, with cloth a tad bruised at spine ends, else volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original worn and cracked dust wrapper, sunned over spine and crumbling at spine ends, a little toning on verso. Eileen Baillie's charming memoir of growing up around London's docks in the early part of the 20th century.
