Bücher eröffnet - wird in der Bundes republik seit einigen Jahren…wieder heftig geführt. Vor allem die Ein sicht in die zunehmende Komplexität gesellschaftlicher Beziehungen und widersprüchlicher Interessen, über die der Journalist zu berichten hat, verstärkte den Trend zur Verwissenschaftlichung der Kommuni kationsberufe. In den medienpolitischen Konzepten der Parteien aber hat sich die se Entwicklung bislang kaum niedergeschlagen. Die 'Leitlinien einer 1 liberalen Medienpolitik' der FDp befassen sich in insgesamt sechs Sätzen noch am ausführlichsten mit dem Ausbildungsproblem: Als Lernorte für die künftigen Journalisten werden Universitäten und Hoch schulen anvisiert; eine 'Verknüpfung zwischen theoretischer Ausbil dung und praktischer Tätigkeit in den Redaktionen' wird für 'unab dingbar' gehalten. Der SPD-Parteivorstand empfiehlt nur 'Modellein richtungen für die journalistische Aus- und Weiterbildung u. a. im Ge samthochschulbereich,2. Die CDUjCSU begnügt sich mit der Aufli stung der bestehenden Zugangswege zum Journalistenberuf (Volon tariat, Journalistenschule, Studium). 3 Auch die Bundesregierung hat sich in ihrem 'Bericht über die Lage von Presse und Rundfunk in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (1974)' mit dem Problem der Journalistenausbildung befaßt, ohne jedoch für klare Reformkonzepte zu votieren. Der Einsicht, daß 'die Aus- und Fortbildungsvoraussetzungen für Journalisten verbessert werden müs sen,4, sucht die Regierung durch die Vergabe von Forschungsaufträ gen und durch die Mitfinanzierung von Modellversuchen zur J ourna listenausbildung gerecht zu werden. 316 pp. Deutsch.
