Original Cloth. Condizione: Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Poor. Second Printing. Undated Shilling Library edition probably from the 1930s. Originally published by Jenkins in 1933. Boards have a one inch surface tear at the base of the spine next to the front panel, a little discolouration along the top edge of the front pane and little rubbing and bumping to the corners. Page edges a little browned. There is a tear along most of the length of the book over the hinge at the front endpapers with the webbing exposed. Small patch of tearing to the rear pastedown. Browning to the front and rear free endpapers. There are a few light marks to the pages which are generally otherwise unmarked. The jacket has a three inch piece missing from the base of the spine and bottom left corner of the front panel. There is another small hole just above this. The front panel also has a one inch closed tear at the edge of the missing piece with some creasing to this area and a three inch closed tear to the right side of the front panel. The spine also has a small piece missing at the top of the spine. The rear panel has some chipping around the edges and some surface wear.…
