Goes into great detail about how developing Mission Bay into a Commercial, Residential and sports Mecca might impact the environment (ya think?) All three reports are in generally GOOD condition, one has a number of stamps of Boyer Associates (architects); one has offsetting to the front cover; and one has stamps and a stapled-on business cards of ESA / Planning and Environmental Services, and paper clipped pages; and all may have a mark, note, or smudge or two that I missed. From the estate of Roger Owen Boyer, a San Francisco Bay Area architect whose firm designed a San Francisco skyscraper (456 Montgomery Street), houses in Carmel, and was involved in various Bay Area redevelopment projects.
