The book is in very good condition for age except it has foxing to half title and last page, small inscription on free endpaper, the illustration of mason fly detached and some loss to extremes but tissue guard in place. Cream Boards with gilt dec are good except someone has tied the book too tightly with string to dent edges as for picture. Spine in good condition except for a small tear to extreme.
