Zum Verständnis unterschiedlicher Katalysatoraktivitäten wurden umfassende Strukturuntersuchungen der Katalysatorkomplexe und detaillierte kinetische Analysen durchgeführt. Auf dieser Grundlage wurde ein neuer modifzierter Phosphanligand entwickelt, der eine hohe elektronische Ambivalenz der Donorzentren aufweist, woraus eine sehr hohe katalytische Aktivität in der untersuchten Kreuzkupplung resultiert. Weiterhin wurde erstmals die palladiumkatalysierte Synthese von Diarylthioethern mit Thioharnstoff als H2S-Surrogat realisiert. Mit dem kommerziellen Liganden Xantphos gelang über diese Methode die Synthese von Diarylthioethern in exzellenten Ausbeuten. Chirale bifunktionelle Thioharnstoffderivate erwiesen sich im Bereich der Organokatalyse als sehr effizient zur Durchführung enantioselektiver Transformationen. Das [2.2]Paracyclophanmolekül weist eine einzigartige Struktur auf und bietet die Möglichkeit über verschiedene Substitutionsmuster definierte Abstände zweier Funktionalitäten zu erreichen, wodurch einzigartige, effektive und planar-chirale Katalysatorsysteme erzeugt werden können.Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Arbeit liegt in der Synthese und Entwicklung neuer Phosphanstrukturen auf Basis von [2.2]Paracyclophan. Die hier vorgestellten neuen Phosphanliganden wurden in diversen palladiumkatalysierten Kreuzkupplungen untersucht. Speziell die Kreuzkupplung von sterisch anspruchsvollen und desaktivierten Arylchloriden mit Amiden konnte erstmals effizient unter Anwendung eines neuen pseudo-geminal substituierten Bisphosphanliganden realisiert werden.Zum Verständnis unterschiedlicher Katalysatoraktivitäten wurden umfassende Strukturuntersuchungen der Katalysatorkomplexe und detaillierte kinetische Analysen durchgeführt. Auf dieser Grundlage wurde ein neuer modifzierter Phosphanligand entwickelt, der eine hohe elektronische Ambivalenz der Donorzentren aufweist, woraus eine sehr hohe katalytische Aktivität in der untersuchten Kreuzkupplung resultiert.Weiterhin wurde erstmals die palladiumkatalysierte Synthese von Diarylthioethern mit Thioharnstoff als H2S-Surrogat realisiert. Mit dem kommerziellen Liganden Xantphos gelang über diese Methode die Synthese von Diarylthioethern in exzellenten Ausbeuten.Chirale bifunktionelle Thioharnstoffderivate erwiesen sich im Bereich der Organokatalyse als sehr effizient zur Durchführung enantioselektiver Transformationen.
