Moisture staining on back board (does not appear to affect the interior of the book). Bumping along edges and corners of boards. Spine faded. Boards in Fair condition (probably G…ood given the age of the book). Name on ffep with Christmas 1898. Pages are tight. I did see a very few pages with a bit of underlining in light pencil. Vast majority of pages are clean/unmarked. 366 pages. Page pasted to back inside cover with message to PO. Only print info stated is "1895" on bottom of title page and Copyright 1895 on copyright page, so I am assuming this is a First Edition. Spine and front cover have "Canon Farrer Year Book" as title. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
