Completed shortly before his death, this is the autobiography of one of Hollywood's best-loved film producers, the charismatic head of Eon, the production company responsible for the internationally-renowned James Bond film franchise. Respected co-author Donald Zec (1919-2021) wrote a popular showbiz column for the Daily Mirror. A close friend of the James Bond film producer, he was awarded an OBE for services to journalism in 1970. See Gilbert, p.636. Signed.

An exceptional collection of first editions, most rare in this condition and signed by Cubby Broccoli. British Secret Service agent James Bond, often referred to by his code name 007, first appeared in 1953 with the debut of Ian Flemingâs Casino Royale, the first of twelve novels composing the series. Fleming completed a new novel annually at his Goldeneye estate in Jamaica, two of which were published posthumously in 1964. James Bond has been portrayed on film by actors Sean Connery, David Niven, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig, in twenty-six productions.
