In his pref- ace Fuchs explicitly mentions Folengo and his peculiar style, which, however, he did not want to imitate.?Die Grobstruktur des Mu?ckenkriegs ergibt sich aus der bei Teofilo Folengo vorlie- genden Einteilung des Textes in drei Bu?cher, die die Entstehung und Verlauf einer kriegeri- schen Auseinandersetzung zwischen Mu?cken und Ameisen schildern.
