In a quarter calf binding with paper to the boards. Externally, a little worn. A little loss to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Front joint is starting but firm. Rubbing to the boards and spine, resulting in some loss of paper to the boards. Minor bumping to the extremities. Vertical crack to the spine. Small amount of loss to the head of the rear joint. Small tide mark to the front board. Front hinge is starting but firm. Bookplate to the front paste down and to the recto of the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound.
