Edizione di grande formato di uno dei più noti libri figurati del Novecento italiano, i Vangeli illustrati dal pittore bergamasco Giovanni Battista Galizzi (1882 - 1963), apparsi per la prima volta nel 1932; accanto alle 40 tavole di gusto divisionista di Galizzi il testo è decorato da fregi di Bruno da Osimo (Bruno Marsili, Osimo 1888 - Ancona 1862), maestro della xilografia che firma, oltre a capolettera, testate e cul-de-lampe, 4 tavole in bicromia con rialzi in argento dedicate agli evangelisti. L'edizione è conforme a quella originale, nella lezione curata da Mons. Luigi Gramatica per la casa editrice Morcelliana (1926). Esemplare in buono stato complessivo, con lievi segni d'uso: un paio di colpetti sui bordi dei piatti, tracce di orecchia sulla quinta tavola (v. foto), lievi arrossamenti sulle sguardie, estesa dedica manoscritta a penna di regalo aziendale sulla terza carta, datata 1958.

Although it is not a research-oriented industry, ther…e is no arguing that technological change and particularly product innovations are crucial determinants of ftrms' performance and In recent years food manufacturers have accelerated the consumers' welfare. development of new products, by using new ingredients, processing and packaging techniques. Thus, food markets are increasingly characterized by competitive environments where relevant flows of innovative products, quality improvements and new technologies provide new consumption trends, food habits, market opportunities and ftrms' strategies. However, the issue of product innovation in the food industries has been rather neglected by economists. Few works have explicitly addressed this issue. After the pioneering book of Buzzell and Nourse (1967), one can count few contributes. Connor (1981) examined the empirical determinants of new food products introductions. Padberg and Westgren (1979) provided crucial insights about the nature of food innovation through their notions of consumer inertia, technological redundancy and incremental product innovation. Some case-studies provide useful empirical materials, but they are generally sparse. 420 pp. Englisch.

Although it is not a research-oriented industry, there is… no arguing that technological change and particularly product innovations are crucial determinants of ftrms' performance and In recent years food manufacturers have accelerated the consumers' welfare. development of new products, by using new ingredients, processing and packaging techniques. Thus, food markets are increasingly characterized by competitive environments where relevant flows of innovative products, quality improvements and new technologies provide new consumption trends, food habits, market opportunities and ftrms' strategies. However, the issue of product innovation in the food industries has been rather neglected by economists. Few works have explicitly addressed this issue. After the pioneering book of Buzzell and Nourse (1967), one can count few contributes. Connor (1981) examined the empirical determinants of new food products introductions. Padberg and Westgren (1979) provided crucial insights about the nature of food innovation through their notions of consumer inertia, technological redundancy and incremental product innovation.
