With a Degree in Per…forming Arts and Diplomas in Arts Administration and Advanced Theatre Research, she has a career spanning 18 years in the arts and arts management arena. As a poet, Ndlovu is the author of numerous publications including Born in Africa But (1999), . She has also written two published plays titled A Coloured Place (1998) and Sister Breyani (2010). Ndlovu was a founder-member of the Cape Town-based women writers collective WEAVE. In 2004, Ndlovu initiated the And The Word Was Woman Ensemble of female performance poets and later that year joined The Mothertongue Project, a collective of performing artists, writers and visual artists.
