Vol I Text: tp, 16pp. xx, (4), colored frontipiece, 44…6pp, ad. Vol II Plates: Colored frontispiece, tp, 336 pages of plates with 1-4 images on each, some in color, most in b&w. Copyright pages state: "Ce catalogue a ete tire a neuf cents exemplaires sur papier velin; plus cent exemplaires sur paper de hollande numerotes de 1 a 100." Translated to: This catalog was printed in nine hundred copies on vellum paper; plus one hundred copies on Dutch paper, numbered from 1 to 100. These copies are not numbered. FFEP of Vol II has an attached letter and an additional signed previous owner's note - see photo. Very good plus books in new slip case. Spines are repaired. Covers are gently soiled overall and a bit scuffed. Pages are lightly age-toned else clean. Please use close-up options for best inspection and in support of condition descriptions.
