His innovative idea of creating film animation using pin screens had a profound influence on American and Canadian cinema. The concept of a dot as the basic element of the image, as demonstrated in this early masterpiece of illustrations for Jean Genbach's poetry book, reflects Alexeieff's pioneering work in the field. Curieuse pseudo-autobiographie hallucinée, surréaliste et érotique, écrite par elui qui se décrivait comme le premier surréaliste sataniste. Un des 1450 exemplaires, non numérotés, sur Alfama du Marais, après 50 sur Pur Fil Johannot, du tirage de tête. Edition originale en très bel état général.
