Benson, A.E. Coppard, Gissing and Maugham. 269, A Selection of Seventy-Five Rare Books, has a Rosenberg collection, $12,500, and an Edward Thomas notebook, $10,000. Holmes first met Sims in 1976, the year after he joined MacManus, and became a close friend in the trade, and ultimately Sims's publisher.…
