Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Brown boards lettered in black & red, frontispiece & in-text illustrations, 61 pp. Fifth edition. Spine professionally restored, a 1963 clipping about Chow tipped in to rear endpapers. Gin Chow is an oddity, and I'd love to see a modern biography of him. Right during the yellow peril, he becomes famous as a fortune teller--specifically about rain forecasting. He additionally was the plaintiff in one of California's seminal water rights lawsuits.
