Un'avvertenza in cop. informa che furono stampati 200.000 esemplari, ma solo 20.000 (tra cui NON questo nostro esemplare.) furono muniti della pianta del costruendo edificio. Due pagine del grande nostro Giuseppe POMBA celebrano il Re e lancia la raccolta fondi per l'ISTITUTO di BENEFICENZA, ideato da una Cittadina (di cui si riporta il "concetto") come vero monumento al Re che ammirava e promosso con sottoscrizioni da una Società.
