Geburtstages mit einem bezaubernden Stück: Hypnoid für eine Tänzerin und Elektronik. Es ist für mich eine große Ehre, dass meine Arbeit in diesem Buch so eingehend behandelt wird. Die Kapitel 4-5. 4-6, 4-7. 4-8 sind eingehende Studien sowohl zu meinem Verhältnis zu John Cage als auch zu meiner eigenen experimentellen und sonstigen Musik, sowie über mein Musiktheater. Diese Studien sind einerseits detailreich und erfassen andererseits das Wesen meiner Musik.
