Hardcover. Condizione: Near Fine. Condizione sovraccoperta: Good. 1st Edition. Inscribed and signed by Gracie Allen on the book's first free endpage. The recipient may have been her secretary, as Gracie writes that "this is one she didn't have to type" but could also be her daughter, Sandra Jean, since the inscription is addressed to "Jeannie". The book has sound hinges and does not lean. Pages are toned but clean with no marks, creases, stains or wrinkles. The book's exterior is spotless except for the book's crown (top outer page edges) which show some dust soiling and a single water spot (which did not affect the interior pages.) None of the book's cover corners are bumped and there is wear to extremities. The book's dust jacket is not price-clipped. It shows slight soiling and has rubbing to edges. Wear to top and bottom edges includes many chips and tears. (Note: Photos may show a flash reflection.) PayPal always welcome. We pack all our books with care and ship in cardboard boxes.
