Anthology set produced by Bill Belmont, and compiled and annotated by Ann Charters, contains audio recordings of readings by 14 poets. Booklet includes a "Producer's Note" by Belmont and an essay by Charters, along with excerpted and quoted text from participants including Allen Ginsberg, Michael McClure, and David Meltzer. Poets featured include: Disc 1: Lenny Bruce; Disc 2: Allen Ginsberg; Disc 3: Kenneth Rexroth, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Gregory Corso, and Peter Orlovsky; Disc 4: John Wieners, Philip Lamantia, Lew Welch, Ginsberg, Michael McClure, David Meltzer, and Kirby Doyle.
