Soft cover. Condizione: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Light wear to edges, otherwise fine. 'It is the 1920s: The buffalo are long gone from the plains, the Comanche long vanquished. Only the old remember. An aging Comanche named Starlight and eight members of his tribe come from Oklahoma to the Texas ranch of Tom Bird. Filled with remembrances of old raids, narrow escapes, and bold blood now gone, this timeless story brings to life the tensions between justice and regret, mourning and reawakening.'.
