He was a schoolfellow of Lamb and Coleridge at Christs Hospital, and Lamb lodged with his family in 1800. He edited Felix Farley's Bristol Journal which led to his imprisonment for libel, the 'calamity' here mentioned, and his book collection was…sold off in 1858.
