Les réponses obtenues… ont montré une tendance des personnes malades à se servir des plantes médicinales pou le traitement contre cette pandémie en utilisant différentes espèces végétales, en particulier le thym et le gingembre. Les principales raisons du recours de la population aux plantes étaient principalement leur efficacité, le manque des effets indésirables et être habitués à les consommer et à degré moindre leur abondance et leur faible coût. Du point de vue ethnobotanique et pharmacologique, le feuillage constitue la partie la plus utilisée alors que l'infusion est la forme galénique la plus pratiquée. Cette étude nous a permis d'identifier les plantes médicinales utilisées par la population locale et d'apprécier et de connaître les pratiques traditionnelles utilisées dans la prévention et la lutte contre l'infection à la COVID-19.
