Poza fotografiami wydawal pocztowki z ziemi klodzkiej, Karkonoszy i Tatr. W 1902 przekazal atelier w Jeleniej Gorze synowi Hansowi (zaklad mial tez filie w Sobieszowie 1909-1910 i Szklarskiej Porebie latem 1888), ktory nadal sygnowal fotografie jaklo F. Pietschmann. W 1903 sprzedal zaklady w Kamiennej Gorze i Lubawce Feodorowi Böttcherowi i przeniosl sie do Görlitz na Krölstr. 15, gdzie prowadzil atelier oraz zalozyl wydawnictwo wydajace pocztowki powielajac swoje fotografie Slaska szczegolnie Karkonoszy. Za swoje fotografie wydane potem jako swiatlodruki w dziele pod redakcja Hansa Lutscha: Bilderwerk schlesischer Kunstdenkmäler w 1903 otrzymal panstwowy order i nagrode na wystawie w 1902 we Wroclawiu, wyrozniony byl tez za dzialalnosc na niwie ochrony zabytkow Slaska. Otrzymal liczne nagrody na wystawach fotograficznych od 1875, wspolzalozyciel Towarzystwa Slaskich Fotografow Zawodowych; zob. Dziedzic, Zielinski 2018 ss. 83-84 i Strzalkowski 2017 (Leksykon fotografow) s. 390. // - Robert Scholz (6.07.1843 Boleslawiec - 21.10.1926 Görlitz) ceniony niemiecki fotograf zwiazany z Görlitz. Uczyl sie fotografowania w zakladzie fotograficznym swego ojca Eduarda w Görlitz od 1857, wlasny zaklad w Görlitz na Bismarckstr. 9/10 prowadzil od ca 1867 do 1920. Od 1875 otrzymal szereg nagrod na wystawach zagranicznych i krajowych za fotografie krajobrazu. W 1902 otworzyl sklep z aparatami i artykulami fotograficznymi. Autor bardzo licznych fotografii miasta i okolic glownie krajobrazu i architektury w tym na zlecenie wladz miejskich; zob.
