The photogravures the work of Vandyck Printers, Ltd. of London and Bristol. Considered the earliest of night photography of London's streets, "London Night" was published a year after Brassai's famous "Paris de Nuit" (Paris at Night). Burdekin was killed, along with his wife, when a flying bomb fell on the town of Reigate, in July 1944. Size: Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. Book.
