Condizione: Good. - Octavo, brown cloth titled in gilt on the spine with decorations in blind on both covers. The covers are rubbed & bumped. The head & tail of the spine are torn with pieces out & a stain obliterates several letters of the titling. xii & 341 pages plus 6-page publisher's catalog. The front hinge is cracked. There is an owner's ink name on the title page. The top corner of 1 leaf is creased & there is occasional foxing & staining. Good only. First edition.The book is an attack on Universalism and an examination of its purported errors.
