Ian Hibell's account of 3 journeys by bike into some of the world's remotest… and challenging areas for 2-wheeled exploration. Hibell's book is comprised of 3 chapters as follows: 'The Darien Gap'; 'The Nor/Africa Tour'; 'The Peruvian Gap'. With b. & w. photographs. There are 2 library stamps as shown in the accompanying photos. The book is overall in 'Good' condition - tidy and tightly bound. Light fox-marking occurs on a few pages and on some page ends. Some pages e.g. pages 83-119 have a crease in the bottom rh corner. Rear end paper has the initials F.M. in pen at top edge, the title page has a small circle and dot in pen at the bottom edge. The dust-jacket is non price-clipped and in Good+ condition with minor creases, rubs and bumps. 8vo.
