Schwerpunkte der Analyse sind die Ermittlungen der Verkehrs- und Fahrleistungen bzw. der Auslastungsgrade der Verkehrsträger sowie der zugehörigen Energieverb…räuche und Schadstoffemissionen einschließlich der jeweiligen primärenergetischen Aufwendungen. Dabei ergeben sich zwischen der DDR und der Bundesrepublik große Unterschiede im Verkehrsverhalten und den verkehrsbedingten Emissionen. Für West- wie für Ostdeutschland im Bezugsjahr 2005 werden die Trends der zu erwartenden verkehrlichen Situation abgeleitet und die damit verbundenen Energieverbräuche und Emissionen berechnet. Darüber hinaus werden in Anlehnung an Arbeiten für die Klima-Enquéte-Kommission zahlreiche Maßnahmen zur technischen und verkehrsbedingten Minderung der Emissionen formuliert und in Reduktions-Szenarien umgesetzt. Die Szenarienergebnisse zeigen eine in West- und Ostdeutschland unterschiedliche Entwicklung. Für Deutschland insgesamt wird eine Abnahme der meisten verkehrsbedingten Schadstoffemissionen ermittelt. Die Kohlendioxidemissionen nehmen hingegen im Trendfall deutlich zu und erreichen im Reduktionsfall in etwa das Niveau von 1988. Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 550.
