Nach Kriegsende eskalierte die antisemitische Stimmung in der Forderung nach sofortiger "Abreisendmachung" der verbliebenen 25.000 Flüchtlinge. In diesem geistigen Klima erprobte und schärfte der österreichische Antisemitismus zwei Jahrzehnte vor dem Holocaust seine Waffen."(Umschlagtext).
