La reliure est en bon état, propre et solide mais montrant un bon brunissement du dos et un peu d'usure aux arêtes des plats. L'intérieur est en très bon état avec un certains brunissement des marges des pages, deux petites taches bleuâtres sur la page 20 mais sans conséquence pour la lecture et peut-être une très légère odeur de cigarette. Enfin il semble que la première page de garde soit absente.
