Hardcover. Condizione: Good. No Jacket. First Translated edition. No date of publication is stated but almost certainly a first translated edition (English) which, by the style of the covers, and judging by some of the books mentioned in the publisher's ads, is circa 1935. Orange boards which are rather sun faded with black title lettering and bordering on the front and spine. Small slits in the spine cloth at the head and foot but not severe. Overall the look is a book somewhat past its best because of the lightly stained and faded cloth boards yellowing end papers and mild foxing to the page block edge and title page. There are 20 pages of publisher's advertisements at the rear. A small neat previous owner name inscription on the front fly leaf and an old price of the book is written, unfortunately in pen, on the same page. In all though, despite these flaws mentioned here for fairness and clarity, this isn't a bad copy, it's fully intact and extremely scarce.…
