La reliure est en excellent état sans trace d'usure seulement peut-être un léger cerne fantomatique au bas du dos. L'intérieur est en excellent état sans rien à signaler SAUF un leger jaunissement uniforme des pages et un ex-libris de bibliothèque au premier contre-plat, aucune autre marque. La carte est comme neuve à part son léger jaunissement. Un exemplaire qui n'a probablement jamais été consulté.
