Condizione: Good. First Edition. Fantastic cover art of a gnome looking through a telescope to gaze at the city of the future, with the skies crowded with various flying vehicles, one of which was massive as an ocean liner, navigating between and/or not much above skyscrapers, these ornate as was the prevailing style at the time. And published in a Tremont Street, Boston publisher, not a Tin Pan Alley denizen! Measuring 34 by 27 cm, 6 pages including cover -- the song is four pages. The rear cover pushes other songs published by Story, who was one of the credited songwriters of this song. The three credited writers, it is apparent, worked with one another often, although more as twosomes, and Brennan also wrote solo. And from the titles of the songs, novelty songs were a major part of their output. The sheet music has a moderate amount of wear and soiling. A few small chips and closed tears along the edges.
