Original green cloth, covers with bevelled edges. Backstrip titled in gilt, front cover titled in black in upper & lower margins of laid-down colour plate (the first of the seven listed). No dust jacket. Top edge of text-block toned & dust-marked, other edges a little toned & spotted. Manuscript two-digit number at upper outer corner of front pastedown, from which a little ink transference to corresponding position on flyleaf. Pastedown sides of flyleaves at both front and rear toned, front flyleaf with neat 5-line gift inscription dated Xmas1929. Clean and tight. VERY GOOD copy.

Boards a little rubbed and scuffed on extremities and pastedown a little marked and darkened. Internally there is a small scar and inscription on front paste-down and a little spotting to first and last few pages o/w the contents including plates are tight and clean. Near V.G.
