The first draft of a translation from the French, described as to be published, at a future date, in letterpress form, printed here in an edition of 145 copies. It is not clear whether or not the subsequent edition materialised…. Bound in at the end is a leaf of advertisements for items published by Paysden, including 'Iron Man' by Jeff Keen. Unprinted wrappers faded at the head edge and to the spine, some toning internally, but about Very Good overall.

Bound in at the end are two leaves of advertisements for items published by Paysden and by Jeff Keen / Rayday; 'Five Incidents' is…listed as forthcoming, but it is not clear if a 'proper' edition materialised. Minor rubs to the corners, the blank lower panel a little marked and with a light scratch, but still very handsome.

Jeff was internationally exhibited in the underground art world of the 50s and 60s. He issued this deliberately 'pre-punk' style work in 1965, and some of them were hand coloured as this example. No… two were identical of course. He was ahead of the curve! A great example of British Pop/Pre-PUNK art. 18"x14" lithograph. Signed by Author.
