The O in House in the title on the cover has a small pencil mark to the centre of it. Wrapper is worn to edges with small tears and a larger area of damage to the rear fold over which is s…plit at the hinge for the top two thirds, this damage has been internally repaired with special non acidic archive tape which has also been used to internally reinforce the top and bottom of spine, wrapper is now in clear protective sleeve, there is no significant loss. Internally text is bright and clean.
