Klappentext: In der Diskussion um die Weiterentwicklung der naturschutzrechtlichen Eingriffsregelung spielt das Thema - Flächenpools - seit längerer Zeit eine wichtige Rolle: Von Poollösungen wird eine Bündelung der anfallenden Kompensationsmaßnahmen und damit eine Effektivierung im Vollzug der Eingriffsregelung erwartet.
