Full-Leather. Condizione: Good. No Jacket. Translated from the second French edition. Though the text block is very tight, it is evenly foxed and yellowed throughout. No tears or markings of pen nor pencil. Rear hinge still quite tight; front hinge starting at title page (still holding tight by cords.) Two "State Historical Society of North Dakota) stamps on front leaves. Penciled name on title. No other human markings inside. Spine is still complete, though title is basically illegible (unless you know what it says!) Boards are well-worn, but overall, not bad!

Externally, smart with slight bumping and rubbing and a few marks to each volume. Chemistry Applied to Agriculture and Fertilisers and Manures feature more distinctive marks to the front boards. Internally, firmly bound, with the exception of Chemistry Applied to Agriculture, which is marginally more delicate. Chemistry Applied to Agriculture and Elements of Agriculture include scattered pencil annotations. All volumes generally bright and clean with spotting heavier to first and last few pages. Chemistry Applied to Agriculture suffering from a noticeable tide mark throughout. Very Good. book.
