No tears or markings of pen nor pencil. Rear hinge still quite tight; front hinge starting at title page (still holding tight by cords.) Two "State Historical Society of North Dakota) stamps on front leaves. Penciled name on title. No other human markings inside. Spine is still complete, though title is basically illegible (unless you know what it says!) Boards are well-worn, but overall, not bad!

Internally, firmly bound, with the exception of Chemistry Applied to Agriculture, which is marginally more delicate. Chemistry Applied to Agriculture and Elements of Agriculture include scattered pencil annotations. All volumes generally bright and clean with spotting heavier to first and last few pages. Chemistry Applied to Agriculture suffering from a noticeable tide mark throughout. Very Good. book.
