Original Printed Wrappers. Condizione: Near Fine. Condizione sovraccoperta: Very Good. Facsimile; Edition limited to 3000. Edition limited to 3000; 88 ff. & [1] pages; Facsimile of a rare edition printed in Mexico by Pedro Ocharte. This 1945 edition was published as Volumen II of the series 'COLECCION DE INCUNABLES AMERICANOS.' Copy number 1182 of 3000 press numbered copies -- colophon leaf follows the title page. Three title pages, plus general title page for the series in red and black. This is repeated on the stiff front wrapper, and this is repeated yet again on the fragile dust jacket, printed on translucent laid paper. A beautifully preserved copy -- with the bookplate of the esteemed San Francisco bookseller John Howell -- mounted to the blank verso of the front wrapper. There is just a touch of wear evident at the ends of the spine, and a bit more on the spine of the dust jacket, but otherwise clean, tight and appealing.
