Beautiful Heraldic crest bookplates of Everard W. Barton to endpapers of both volumes (Owl motif, Motto: I Byde My Time); Later ink signatures of two different owners on preliminary blanks. Moderate scuffing and rubbing to bindings at extremities, a very attractive, clean set, nice and sound.
