Book and jacket are housed in a very nice slipcase that shows light rubbing and scuffs. Orig…inally limited to only 1000 copies, permission was granted to print 500 more following the loss of nearly that many while in international transit. Copies are very difficult to acquire, as the majority have been reserved as VIP presentation gifts from the Borneo government, such as the one recently give to The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and his wife Catherine [Kate Middleton] on September 14th, 2012.
