The first of several films made by Twentieth Century-Fox in accordance with Franklin D. Roosevelt's "Good Neighbor" policy, in the hope of strengthening the influence of the US in Latin America. Set in New York and Argentina. Blue titled wrappers, noted as FINAL on the front wrapper, rubber-stamped production No. 505, dated JUNE 10 1940. Distribution page present, stamped copy No. 5, with receipt intact. Title page present, dated June 10, 1940, noted as Final Script, with credits for screenwriters Darrell Ware and Karl Tunberg. 144 leaves, with last page of text numbered 142.
