Lischka im Buch, dessen Titel sich aus diesen Begriffen zusammensetzt«Performance ist nur live kreierbar und erlebbar», «Netzwerk bedeutet die Koppelung mediale…r Schaltstellen rund um den Globus». Norbert Klassen unternahm es, diesen Widerspruch kreativ zu nutzenVom März 1989 bis zum März 1990 brachte er einmal monatlich Künstlerinnen, Künstler und Gruppen in der Berner Galerie Lydia Megert zusammen. Sie kamen aus Deutschland (B. Nieslony, J. Lorbeer u. v. a.), Holland (K. Mol, D. Devos u. a.), Irland (N. Rolfe) und aus der Schweiz (neben N. Klassen F. Klossner, Da Blunschi, J. Haufler u. v. a.), um ein europäisches Netzwerk der Performance-Kunst zu errichten, sich zu treffen, zu spielen, an Räumen zu bauen, deren Atmosphäre «poetisch durchflutet» ist; das Ganze eine Art Meta-Performance.Und noch ein Widerspruch, der kreativ genutzt wurdeAktion, die nur dort und damals war, und die Präsentation in Buchform. Eine ziemlich lange Filmrolle hätte die monatelange Arbeit vielleicht einigermassen zu fassen vermocht, aber ein knapp zweihundert Seiten starkes Buch? Was können zwei, drei Seiten von einer Performance mitteilen? Die Namen der Mitwirkenden, kurze Beschreibungen, Textpassagen und immer wieder Schwarzweissphotographien, Standbilder aus dem Ablauf des Geschehenen. Der Betrachter kann eigentlich nicht rekonstruieren, was gewesen ist, er kann die Aufnahmen aber zum Anlass nehmen, es sich vorzustellen. So ist er eingeladen, im Geist mitzutun an der Arbeit der poetischen Körpersprache. In deutscher Sprache. 184 pages.
