This technique allows for a high degree of realism and expressiveness in the marionettes' movements. The theater also uses live music to accompany its performances, which further enhances the overall experience. The Salzburger Marionetten is best known for its performances of Mozart's great operas. This program documents the premiere of Cosi fan tutte with staging by Gotz Friedrich.

Februar 2005 in Salzburg) war ein österreichischer Komponist. Eder studierte unter anderem bei Carl Orff und wurde von Alban Berg, Johan…n Nepomuk David und György Ligeti beeinflusst. Eder komponierte mehr als 130 Werke, die von Kammermusik über geistliche Musik bis zur Oper reichten. Sie wurden von den Wiener Philharmonikern und Berliner Philharmonikern unter Leitung prominenter Dirigenten, unter ihnen Seiji Ozawa und Wolfgang Sawallisch, aufgeführt. Bei den Salzburger Festspielen 1991 wurde Eders Oper Mozart in New York uraufgeführt. Helmut Eder wurde mit dem Österreichischen Staatspreis und dem Anton-Bruckner-Preis ausgezeichnet. Nach seinem Tod wurde er auf dem Salzburger Kommunalfriedhof beerdigt. " "Ich bin ein Kontrastler, ich bleibe ein Polyphoniker!" Eders Oeuvre ist vielfältig: vom kleinen Cembalostück über große Orgelwerke zum Streichquartett und zur Sinfonie, von der Volksliedbearbeitung zum Oratorium und weiter über Ballette, Hörspielmusiken und Opern. Er vollzog vieles: neobarocke Polyphonie, Reihen- und aleatorische Techniken, Elektronik, Klangflächenkompositionen.
