For those wishing to be well turned out, tailored clothes and those ready-to-wear are fully discussed. Stressing economy for the beginner, it sets targets which can be reasonably attained. Lord Knutsford, in his foreword, says: "There are traditions and customs as to what should be worn on the various occasions where the horse is concerned.
